My name is Gilly Holt

My name is Gilly, and on the 9th of January I travelled to Turkey, to the Mono clinic in Izmir with my daughter Becky. My daughter was having her surgery, a nose job and upper blepharoplasty, on the Tuesday the 10th and I was having upper and lower blepharoplasty on the Wednesday the 11th.
We were picked up from Izmir airport by Emir and a VIP people carrier and transported to the mono hotel. Emir spoke very good English, he was reassuring and helpful. We liked him instantly, what a lovely young man. Our transfer to the hotel was very smooth. When we arrived, we were happy with our accommodation and the facilities within.
My daughters surgery was the following day, and I observed Emir to be most helpful and professional. Whilst Becky was in surgery, I spent some time with Emir and he was lovely. I needed to visit a supermarket for water and supplies and he took me there without hesitation or complaint. Great customer service.
My chaperone was Aycan Demirli. Aycan was fantastic. Her grasp of the English language was brilliant. She was most caring, considerate and thoughtful.Aycan enhanced and undoubtably, helped my mono experience. She was with me from first thing in the morning when I traveled to hospital and there until I went down for surgery. When I had recovered from surgery and come round.Aycan was there, and had thoughtfully brought me water and a large selection of snacks . I cannot praise her enough. I was amazed to find out that she had only been doing this job for eight days when I met her. She is an asset to your company. If she was my daughter, I would be very proud of her and how she conducts herself. thank you Aycan .
My surgeon ,Dr Muhammet Eren Ersoz was lovely. As it is only two weeks since my surgery, it is hard to give the doctor a complete review so I intend after 10 to 12 weeks to review him. I would like to say that after only two weeks I am very happy with the work that he has done.
I have found the whole mono experience very very positive. Nothing was too much trouble. If we had a query all we had to do was call our chaperone. We were picked up promptly and transported, to and from any location that we needed to be at.My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our time in Izmir . I would also like to mention our bazaar guide, her name was Samira, and on two occasions she took us to the bazaar. She is a wonderful lady and I would recommend anybody who wants to experience. Izmir to book her as their guide.

I’ve been extremely well looked after

Im going home tomorrow after my 5th AMAZING visit at Mono. I’ve had gastric sleeve surgery, arm lift, thigh lift, breast lift with implants and this time a FDL Tummy tuck and 360 body lift. From the moment I arrived to leaving tomorrow I’ve been extremely well looked after. Its so nice coming back to my Mono family over and over again. My patient coordinator Beste has been incredible. Even though she knew Ive been to Mono many times, she still explained every process to me and made sure I was comfortable at all times. What a wonderful young lady. Thankyou so much. Busem visited me every day and brought me the most amazing boquet of flowers. She has the most gorgeous smile and such a caring personality. Nothing is ever too much for the staff here at Mono. The Doctor also visited me daily to check on me at the Villa and check on my drains. She was also fantastic with me and very very friendly. My surgeon Dr Eren Ersoz and Dr Merve have done an incredible job on my body. My results are way better than I ever dreamed they could be after losing 14 stone (88kg) in weight. My stay at the aftercare villa has been perfect again. A special thankyou to the lady who cooks and cleans the villa. She never stops working and cooks the most amazing food. The transport drivers are wonderful and always very helpfull. To end my 5th visit here I attended the clinic for a complementary facial. It was such a generous gesture and made me feel amazing. Im so so thankful to all the staff I have met and who have helped me at Mono. Dr Merve, Dr Eren, Busem, Oya, Beste, Furkhan, Tugce, Isil, The villa staff, the Best West drivers. THANKYOU. My experience with Mono has been really good! I had breast implant revision with Dr Muhammet Eren Ersoz, he was very friendly and did a amazing job, my breasts looks natural now & I love my results, everyone I’ve shown has also agreed! I couldn’t of done this without my patient coordinator Cemre, she was so perfect and hard working, she guided me on my journey and I could message her at any time if I had any concerns. I stayed at the Ramada Plaza and had no issues. Throughout my week I also met Busem, she was also a very lovely person and finally I met Emeryi, he was the so sweet I felt a bit sad to leave the villa 😣☺️
