The family you will never forget

This is my second surgery with mono clinic, as with any surgery it’s incredibly daunting, especially travelling abroad and putting your life in the hands of a stranger. I immediately felt reassured knowing my patient liaison was Cemre, a friendly face from last year. Cemre picked me up at 4am to go to the hospital for surgery. My surgeon, dr Deniz was amazing. I didn’t have an atypical shape for a BBL so he did an incredible amount of work sculpting my back in order to give me a more desirable shape and a new bum. The surgery went as well as could be expected. As I was unhappy with my original hotel, Cemre had gone over and above to put me in the same hotel as last year where I felt more comfortable. The aftercare team and Cemre then made sure I was comfortable and looked after for the rest of my time at mono. Dr Deniz not only gave me an amazing new shape, but filled my lips beautifully too whilst I was there. I came to turkey unhappy with my body and left not only with a beautiful new figure, but with a family I will never forget. I would also like to thank Mustafa for taking care of me when I wasn’t feeling good, also a friendly face from last year- he also deserves special credit. Cemre will always have a place in my heart as my special Turkish sister, I will be returning to mono for my surgery again but also to Izmir just to see my sister. Thank you Cemre, thank you mono.

The customer service from start to finish whilst being here in Izmir has been fantastic. I don’t think I could of come alone for my procedure and I’m glad I brought someone with me because I was going to come alone. Fatima was my main contact and she looked after me before, during and after my procedure. Fatima came with me to the hospital, stayed with me until I went down for my operation. I had my breast uplifted, reduced and liposuction on my abdominal area. My Doctor was Deniz Yildirim who is very professional and lovely. His nurse, who changed my dressings daily and removed my drains was perfect. They both took very good care of me. Good communication always. I was seen everyday at the clinic. There is always someone at the hotel if you need help and they are all just a call away if needed. Every person that works in the clinic is approachable and helpful.
My aftercare advice was given to me today as I am leaving tomorrow to return to the UK. I have been given plenty of medication to take and have been told how to take care of my scars. If I need them for any reason I can contact them when I get home.

I have just returned home after deciding to go with Mono for the second time now, this time for a mommy makeover. The experience second time round was just as fantastic. Already I have amazing life changing results thanks to my surgeon Deniz Yildirim.
I would like to say thank you to Oya for fitting me in so quickly and being their throughout and visiting me in hospital. Mustafa what can I say once again you were a brilliant co-ordinator and friend for life. Ogulcan my nurse was so lovely and this coming from another nurse he is very good at his job. Busem was brilliant checking in daily for the after care. All the staff in the villa were amazing and were on hand whenever you needed them. Thank you again Mono. XXX

Breast reduction and uplift…

I’ve just had a breast reduction and uplift with mono clinic. I had a coordinator from start to finish she was called Fatama, I could contact every step of the way and she would help resolve anything and just generally give me advice. Also spoke and had endless help from Ceren so thank you so much. I’ve had the best aftercare was picking up every single day and taken to clinic to be check and they would change my dressing making sure I was heeling correctly and keeping the treated area clean in the process can’t fault the aftercare at all it was 10/10. I’ve had a really amazing experience with everyone at mono the staff are all so lovely and can’t do enough to help. I’ve felt very supported and comforted from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking for any surgery as there is nothing they can’t do. I came from the UK and it’s the best decision I made so glad I chose mono. I honestly loved my experience at Mono

I honestly loved my experience at Mono. My relationship client Beste, was super amazing, helpful, patient and caring. I got lipo and BBL in May 2023 by Dr Deniz. He was very honest with me about a realistic outcome on my problem areas and I was pretty pleased with the outlook. I’m currently 4/5weeks post op and I’m doing extremely well. I’m looking forward to the next 12 months for a tummy tuck.
