Nothing but good things to say about Mono. I came for my first ever surgery (Breast reduction & lift) I was really nervous but everyone was so positive and nice. Booking was easy, Nazlı was my medical consultant who explained how everything works with mono. She took her time with me and never rushed me to decide or make a payment. I had the best surgeon and Nurse in the world Dr Deniz & Ogulcan. I’m so happy with the results, it’s everything I could have wanted and more. Ogulcan Saw me every day and checked & cleaned it perfectly. There were lots of happy tears when I saw myself for the first time post op. I stayed in the Mono Hotel which is 5 minute journey to the clinic for your check ups. It’s modern, clean and all the staff are so kind. When my boyfriend left they made sure I was being looked after. I had Furkan who was my patient service coordinator, who looked after me perfectly from when I went into surgery, checking up on me when I woke up and until the moment I left. I had a breast reduction and up lift with clinic mono about 6 days ago and I have loved my experience so much. Dr Deniz and his assistant nurse Ogulcan did an amazing job and my breasts look amazing. Perfectly symmetrical and even. The aftercare is great, morning and afternoon daily check ups with cleans and exams, flowers, and a big bag of medication which I wasn’t expecting. Beste my host has been incredible throughout, messages to see how I am and provides recommendations on things/places to visit. I feel safe, comfortable and happy here. The hotel is lovely and clean, the staff are always on hand if needed. Transfers and hotel staff are great too. The hospital staff were extremely attentive and gentle with me and gave me pain killers and assistance when needed. I can’t flaw the process. I am forever grateful for my experience and my surgery, if I were to have another procedure I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The area of the clinic is lovely and I would highly recommend to visit Pavlova & Moda if you visit for Turkish breakfast & cakes. Restaurant’s near the hotel are nice too. I admit I was apprehensive having surgery away from home before I arrived as most people are but with a lot of research and this experience I know I made the right choice and I am so happy I chose Mono.
