First Days After Breast Augmentation

You will go to the recovery room when your breast augmentation procedure is complete. There the anaesthetist will initiate your awakening process. In any case, don’t lie on your stomach or side. It’s best to place an extra pillow behind or under your back. This gives support and prevents you from taking your side. Sleeping upright also contributes to this process.

Exercise After Breast Augmentation

Don’t exercise for six weeks after surgery. If you want to move, we recommend taking a walk. This also contributes to blood circulation. It’s essential to listen to your body when you continue to exercise.
